Term & Conditions For Entity registration request 
The employer must be subject to Law No. (5) of 2018 regarding Social Security in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Service Requirements

Complete the Employer Registration Form (PDF)

An official letter requesting the Registration of the entity with the fund.

A copy of the Emiri Decree.

A copy of the Human Resources Law or the Human Resources Regulations.
